In the past I have wasted money on items that looked good in photos but felt cheap in real life. Sometimes I even measure an existing frame with a ruler before ordering anything new. If tracking never updates for weeks, I start to worry about the order. I also think about how easy it is to track a parcel once it ships. It makes it easier to compare with an old pair of glasses that already fits well.
If anyone is interested in real user experiences, I sometimes write short notes about the shops I test.

Sometimes one good quality item is better than five very cheap ones. If many different people say the same thing about a product, it is worth paying attention. I also pay attention to return policy and customer service response time. Bad lenses can cause eye strain, reflections and headache when you wear them for hours. Now I try to read as many real user reviews as possible before I buy anything.
Maybe this is useful for someone. |
