He was the loving husband of Donna J. Woods whom he married in Leonardtown, MD on November 25, 1998.  They were together for 34 years. He is survived by his children: Tammy Lynn Woo stanley mugs ds of Lexington Park, MD and Michael Dale Woods of Franklin, VA; 2 gra stanley cup ndchildren, Kacie Lynn Quade, age 7 and Ashton Michael Quade, age 2. He was preceded in death by his brother Wayne Woods.    He was the self employed as the owner of B  D Excavating. He enjoyed boating, fishin stanley termos g and running heavy equipment.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 26, 2006 from 9:30 芒   10:30 AM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, where the funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM with Bishop William McClean officiating. Interment will follow in Charles Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Johnny Lathroum, Bernie Woodburn, David Lathroum, Glen Lathroum, and Teenie Boy Lathroum.
