Victim Throws Spam At RobbersSeptember 3, 2014 Al Greenfield, Two robbers made off with a man   wallet but not before getting some canned meat tossed at them.Lexington police said the victim was walking home from the Speedway on Paris Pike at around 12 a.m. Wednesday when two men jumped him.He told police the men had a gun and demanded his wallet and cash.He gave it to them but as they were taking off, police said the victim threw cans of Spam at the suspects. It didn ;t slow them down, however. Police are still searching for the suspects.
