Allen County man arrested following alleged overdoseFebruary 13, 2023 WNKY Staff, Share This StoryFacebookTwitteremailPrintLinkedinRedditSCOTTSVILLE, Ky.  After a woman overdosed in a Subway bathroom, authorities say a man accused of giving the woman drugs is now behind bars.On Jan. 27, Scottsville police say they found a woman unresponsive in the restaurant and administered her Narcan.She was taken to The Medical Center at Bowling Green.As a result of an investigation, police determined Landon Shelton, 23, of Scottsville provided the woman with around 2 grams of heroin and instructed her on how much it would take to cause an overdose.Police  stanley cup say the woman had her 5-year-old child with her, which they say she left outside with Shelton.She is charged with abandonment of a minor.Shelton is charged with second-degree attempted manslaughter and persistent felony offender.
