DENVER 鈥?Changes in the weather are coming toColorado this Sunday.This next stormwill bring snow to the majority of our mountains... along withwind, rain and snow showers to the Front Range and plains Sunday PM. Dry conditions and sunshine will prevail for the first half of Sunday in Denver. Rain showers are expected to develop in the late-afternoon on Sunday. Highs will top out in the mid-50s.As of now, just an hour or two could make a big difference for the timing of changeover from rain to snow on Sunday night. Denver may just see rain, but lows are expected to drop below freezing overnight Sunday.In terms of how much accumulation we can expect, the mountains and foothills are looking at around 5-10 inches at higher elevations through the day and night. The I-25 corridor from Denver to Fort Collins may see around 1-3 inches of snow overnight.
