However, he died Friday after he was transferred to a hospice centre. Kelk is believed to have been Britains longest-known COVID-19 patient. OSWEGO, NY 鈥?A West Monroe couple was chraged with welfare fraud, deputies said.Melissa A. CussonAt 6:50 p.m. on June 28, Melissa A. Cusson, 41, and stanley taza Tracy J. Cusson, 49, both of of 101 Cusson Drive, West Monroe, were each arrested for third-degree welfare fraud and third-degree grand larceny.Both charges are class E felonies.They were arraigned before the Hon.
