LARGO, Fla. 鈥?The family of Linus Phillip, a man killed by a Largo Police officer in Florida on Friday,is accusing detectivesof using the dead man s finger to gain access to his cell phone.On Friday, police approached Phillip s car at a WaWagas station in Clearwater. Police said the vehicle he was driving had illegally tinted windows. While standing near Phillip s car, the officers claimthey smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.Police claim Phillip tried to drive away and use his car as a deadly weapon. GLEN BURNIE, Md. 鈥?A suspect is in custody for allegedly stabbing a man to death overnight Thursday in Glen Burnie.Anne Arundel County Police sai vaso stanley d they responded to a residential complex on Benesch Circle around 4am.That s where officers found Vincent Rawlin stanley cup gs, 26, suffering from stab wounds.
