Definitions.--As used in this part-- ``(1) the terms `material that's dangerous to minors' and `sex' have the meaning given such terms in part 2252B; and ``(2) the term `supply code' means the mix of textual content and other characters comprising the content material, each viewable and nonviewable, of an internet web page, including any web site publishing language, programming language, protocol or useful content, as well as any successor languages or protocols.''. 6 months after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Attorney General shall submit to the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives and the Committee on the Judiciary of the Senate a report-- (1) evaluating measures to enhance the flexibility of Federal, State, and local criminal investigators of homicide to solve homicides involving lacking individuals and unidentified human remains; and (2) including an examination of-- (A) measures to develop nationwide criminal records databases with correct info referring to missing individuals and unidentified human stays; (B) the gathering of DNA samples from potential ``excessive-danger'' lacking persons; (C) the advantages of increasing access to nationwide criminal data databases for medical examiners and coroners; (D) any enchancment in the performance of postmortem examinations, autopsies, and reporting procedures of unidentified persons or remains; (E) any coordination between the National Center for Missing Children and the National Center for Missing Adults; (F) website postings (or other uses of the Internet) of information of identifiable information equivalent to bodily features and characteristics, clothes, and pictures of lacking persons and unidentified human stays; and (G) any improvement with respect to-- (i) the collection of DNA information for lacking persons and unidentified human stays; and (ii) entering such data into the Combined DNA Index System of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and national criminal data databases. |
