This has been the worst on line shopping experience of my life. I will never purchase from this company again or recommend it to anyone. After seeing so much advertising for the Derila Sleep Support Ergo pillow I decided to purchase 4 of them. 165.76 CDN including shipping. I then went back to the site to order 1 more pillow because it didn't offer the option of more than 4 pillows. That was my biggest mistake. The site came back and told me the order was declined due to an issue with my cc. Then it confirmed the order had been placed for 2 pillows. Then my credit card company contacted me to indicate there had been a fradulent transaction put through. I contacted the company through their on line chat. They assured me that I hadn't been double charged and should deal with the bank. We went around in circles with me sending them screen shots of the charges that weren't approved. Promises by email that their customer service team would contact me to resolve the issue which didn't happen. They only continued to send me emails that said oh sorry you're having problems we'll help you and meanwhile please refer to our website so you can buy more of our products. They sent a pdf of a detox guidebook and a recipe book as free digital gifts in response to my concerns about the inaccuarcy of the charges. I have no idea what a detox and recipe book have to do with pillows and a better nights sleep. An agent contacted me after a week of mounting frustration &acknowledged their website was the culprit. He could see errors that had occurred although he couldn't fix it.
