As someone who has experienced multiple miscarriages, I've done my research and know how important sleeping on your left side can be for a healthy pregnancy outcome. Prior to pregnancy I was a back-sleeper, so I was on the hunt for a pillow that would keep me in place in my new Derila Sleep Support position. I am so happy to have found this! As one other review mentioned, I do find that I still sometimes roll onto my back, but the firmness of the pillow awakens me enough that I am aware of what's happened and can immediately readjust. The belly wedge provides great support for my expanding belly and the velcro strap keeps both pieces in place well night after night. Yes, this is more expensive than other pillows out there, but it's definitely worth the price! I love the peace of mind I get from knowing I'm sleeping safely.
