A Nigerian, Abu Henry, a.k.a Kevin, was on Friday sentenced to 10-year Rigorous Imprisonment  RI  by a court in Mohali in India for heroin smuggling.Presiding Judge, Harpeet Kaur Kaleka, also imposed a fine of 100 stanley cup usa ,000 rupees on Henry.He was the fifth Nigerian to be sentenced by the same court of heroin smuggling this year.
