An actual property brokerage and its affiliated licensees is immune from liability for any act or omission related to the disclosure of data underneath this chapter if the brokerage or its affiliated licensees in a timely manner gives to its shoppers and clients written notice that they could acquire information in regards to the sex offender registry and persons registered with the registry by contacting the county sheriff.
