OSWEGO COUNTY 鈥?The Oswego County Department of Community Development, Tourism and Planning has been awarded funds to provide a manufactured housing replacement program for el stanley cup igible veterans.Funding for the Oswego County Veterans First Manufactured Housing Replacement Program is provided by the New York State Office of Community Renewal Housing Trust Fund Corporation. The Oswego County Veterans First Manufactured Housing Replacement Program is an effort to provide safe, sanitary and affordable housing for military veterans and their families in Oswego County, said program administrator Donna Scanlon. Its targeted at income-eligible homeowners who are veterans, who are living in manufactured homes constructed prior to 1980 that are located on land that is secured by a deed.
