After three years of trying, an ice skating rink is coming to Glasgow. stanley cup River Lake Church and Glasgow Parks and Recreation are bringing three nights of free ice skating. Along with ice skating, there will also be several surprises that you don ;t want to miss.Although this night will be filled with fun, the main goal is to help those who may be facing difficult times. The creative mind behind this free opportunity for the community is Heather Harper, kids director at River Lake Church.Harper is always eager to find fun and helpful ways to give back to her community. She says, I was like, my goodness, could you imagine if we brought t stanley quencher hat to this town; Who knewBut it was possible.
