The death toll has climbed to 39.聽Langdon Wednesday flight was canceled. He tried flying out of Rochester and Syracuse and no luck. There are also no rental cars available. But hes happy that he and his family are safe.聽 It was the wind and the negative temperatures. It was probably around negative 20 on Friday and Saturday.
