LANHAM, Md. 鈥?A man who made it on the country s most notorious fugitive lists was arrested on Thursday morning.According to Prince George s County Police, they received a call about a suspicious person in a rental company truck that was parked outside of a business located on the 7900 block ofstanley cup Annapolis Road.Police say patrol officers walked up to the truck and s stanley quencher poke to the man inside who they later identified as 43-year-old Lamont Stephenson. As officers checked their database to see if Stephenson had any open warrants, he told them he was wanted for murder in New Jersey.
