The other man, Oddis Bernard Colvin, was shot and killed by police.Stratton was also shot, and suffered non-life threatening injuries.He has been charged with two counts of robbery. Stratton is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on denied bail status.Police believe he has been involved in several bank robberies in the Baltimore area during September.
