Searching for guidance on building focus in distracted times
Excellent topic — had to chime in on this one. From my own experience, nothing replaces actually doing the work over time. What strikes me consistently is how skipping the boring foundation work makes everything else harder. Visible markers fall short of capturing the actual experience.
